Introducing Whistleblower Partners

Welcome to Whistleblower Partners. We’re a new whistleblower firm, but our attorneys are some of the most experienced out there. We've represented hundreds of whistleblowers who have helped return billions of dollars to the government, and in coming forward to do the right thing, our clients have received hundreds of millions of dollars in whistleblower rewards themselves. Everything we've learned in our decades of collective experience supporting and advocating for these whistleblowers motivated us to start this firm.

Chief among them is the fact that no one sets out to be a whistleblower, and hardly anyone knows how to (safely) be one. Almost every whistleblower we meet is a first-time whistleblower, an everyday person with a normal life who finds themselves in possession of information that is, well—a really big deal. They are thrust into a world fraught with pitfalls, learning as they go, and sometimes making mistakes that cost them dearly along the way.

We’ve worked with hundreds of whistleblowers over the course of our collective careers, and the one thing we have noticed in nearly every case is how lonely and isolating the process of whistleblowing can be. This is why we decided to form a new kind of law firm, and why we decided to call it what we did. We’re called Whistleblower Partners not just because we’re partners at a firm, but also because we see ourselves as deep, committed partners to our clients. Possessing potentially damning information about a big, powerful entity is, of course, daunting. But we’re here to make individuals realize the important role they play in holding corporations to account, and to show them that they are not alone in the process of bringing the information to light. Each member of our team does what they do because they see their clients as real human beings who need support, not just cases on a docket.

We’re also willing to go to bat for our clients, and not just in their own cases. Our lawyers regularly testify in front of federal, state, and local legislatures and regulators on the role that whistleblowers have in protecting the public good. We want to expand rights and protections for individuals who put their future career paths, health, and personal relationships on the line to prevent corporate fraud and misconduct. And in both of these endeavors, we are first and foremost creative thinkers. In our work so far we’ve proven our ability to expand the boundaries of precedent to deliver results that are more fair and just to the whistleblower and the public, and we don’t plan on stopping.

So if you’ve come to this page as someone who is considering blowing the whistle, know that we’ve got your back. We’re proud to be partners with anyone who has made the brave decision to speak out in the fight against fraud, corruption, and injustice.
